My partner/Husband doesn’t like taking photos. How do you address this?

If anyone in your family has a hard time with portrait sessions let me know. I focus on the portraits we need of them first and/or give breaks when needed. I am able to assess and engage as need to ease them into natural poses that help get the results we all want and need.

How long is the session and how many images does it include?

Every session is different. I don’t restrict a maximum number of images. However, each session will produce a minimum number of images that you will receive. The number of images depends on a few factors. The location, session length, child, pet and sometimes adult cooperation. As an example: A mini session will produce one third of the images a full one hour session will provide. Newborn sessions involve changing setup, posing baby and frequent breaks for feeding. A newborn session is the longest session I offer but it yields fewer images compared to time it takes to photograph but I can still guarantee plenty of variety in the images produced from the session.

Where are you located and do you travel?

My studio is located in Torrance, CA (Los Angeles County) I live in Seal Beach, CA (Orange County).
I service both LA and OC. I frequently travel to San Diego, Denver CO, Seattle WA and San Fransisco. If you have a specific location in mind please reach out and we can discuss logistics. There may be an additional travel cost depending on distance and can be discussed ahead of time.

Do you provide the props for newborn sessions?

Yes. I provide all props, accessories, blankets and swaddles. You are welcome to request certain items or poses. I style each session based on your color preferences. If you have something like a family heirloom or something significant to your family you would like to bring for the session you are more than welcome. Please let me know in advance so I can plan the best way to incorporate the item into the session.

How long will it be before we receive the gallery?

During the holidays (October-December) the turn around time is 14 days. The rest of the year you will receive your gallery in 7-10days.
